Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment for all in stock items. If an item is out of stock you will be notified at checkout and via e-mail at the e-mail address provided on your account. Your in stock items will ship immediately and any remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are available.

We will gladly ship orders anywhere in the world. Orders being shipped outside the continental United States may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. If you have not received your order after 10 days or if you have any questions about the status of your order, please email store@euroamericarecords.com. Be sure to provide your name, order number and detailed description of the problem.

Returns

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will not be entitled to a refund of any shipping charges.

Lost, Damaged, & Defective Items

Damaged Items: If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment, KEEP ALL PACKAGING AND DAMAGED ITEMS and notify us immediately at store@euroamericarecords.com. We will contact you with additional instructions and ship out a replacement item to you free of charge. If you do not have the damaged item and the original packaging we will not be able to help so please keep everything until you are sure.

Lost Items: Typically, an item will not be considered lost by the shipper for 21 days from the date of the shipment. If you still have not received your order after 21 days, please contact us at store@euroamericarecords.com. We will contact you with additional instructions and send out your replacement items free of charge.

Defective Items: if you receive an item that you believe is defective, please e-mail us (store@euroamericarecords.com) and we will make arrangements to replace the item. If the item is found to be defective (Yes, we do check) we will exchange it at no charge and provide you with a refund or credit for the cost of the return shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will not be entitled to a refund of any shipping charges.

Refunds: We will issue refunds on purchases (minus shipping charges) under the following conditions: The items must be in the original condition. CD's MUST BE UNOPENED and in the original shrinkwrap. Clothing must not be worn. All items must have their original tags, instructions, packaging etc.

Exchanges: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items we will exchange the item for the same or correct item. We will exchange clothing items for the same style in a different size. We will refund or credit the cost of return shipping if the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Unclaimed Shipments: If an item is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, return to sender etc., You may not be entitled to a refund. If there is a problem, please accept the shipment and contact us at store@euroamericarecords.com so that we can help resolve the problem.
